Too hot for Ice Anglers

Jason Durham has written an interesting comment on this season's ice fishing in Minnesota. Cold weather eases ice travel for anglers. It seems that unusually warm weather has caused the anglers difficulty in making it out across frozen lakes to their favoured ice fishing spots.

Jason describes how they have been hampered by deep snow drifts, slush, and the absence of cleanly plowed roads on the lakes but goes on to say that conditions are rapidly improving; which in angler's speak is "it's getting very cold".
